How to use:
Packet 1
Use it on an empty stomach in the early morning, Take the measurement of 1/4 of the tablespoon and mix it with a glass of hot water.
Packet 2
Take this after breakfast, just add one tablespoon of powder to hot milk or plain hot water add one spoon of honey if you required it, or cane sugar too.
