Amalaki Choorna

Amalaki Choorna is the powder of Indian gooseberry or amla. Amalaki is carefully selected, seeds are removed, and finely powdered. It is a very rich source of Vitamin C and a powerful antioxidant. It is beneficial in hyperacidity, anemia, cough, and cold. It improves immunity and makes the body fit to fight against diseases. It is an overall excellent tonic.

Dose : 3-6 Gms with ghee + honey, followed by milk or as per physicians advice
